How do I search for articles?
Answer
Here are two ways to find articles:
Use the search box under ‘Start your search.’
• Start at the library homepage.
• Scroll down to the search box under ‘Start your search’ and click ‘Advanced search.’
• Enter keywords related to your topic into the search boxes and click Search.
• You may use the filters underneath the search box to narrow down the search results.
Search within a database.
• Start at the library homepage.
• Scroll down to ‘Search databases by title or subject’ and click on the ‘A-Z List.’
• Click on ‘All Subjects’ on upper left and select the appropriate subject for your topic.
• Select one of the databases from the Best Bets! list.
• Inside a database, enter keywords related to your topic into the search boxes and click Search.
• Most databases have filters on the left side that are useful to narrow down the search results.
Librarians are available to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact a librarian in your subject area.
